Returns & Exchanges

At Mercer&Sons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
